Passing Like Pixelated Pirate Ships in the Night.

This video brings back some very fond memories. When Seesmic used to be way more than just a twitter client.

What feels like eons ago.. for a brief period in a digital time and space, Seesmic brought together a particular mix of individuals.. a certain kind of community that I have yet to find anywhere else.

Many of these people became great friends. Others I miss connecting with.

I’m still not entirely sure what it was Seesmic had & lost. Perhaps it was just a coming together of certain minds at the perfect time. Something that couldn’t last as we passed like pixelated pirate ships in the night.
