I’m not entirely surprised I’ve only just found this audio. I think I filed it under. ‘Never make public’..

We were drunk, in bed, when I conducted this short interview. So drunk i’m amazed I knew how to press the record button.

Rupert probably remembers why we were sharing a hotel room.  I just about remember that we had over indulged in Burton-on-Trent at Phil Campbell’s geek dinner Noshit.

Rupert arrived late and was a few bottles behind me so he comes across as a guy that can take his drink. I wish he had taken some of mine..

I fear digital recording makes moments like this far too easy to capture and share.

Even if it’s captured in a moment and shared years later.
