I’m a passenger [cue music] and between my legs is my new favorite bag.
It’s made by Timbuk2 and although one of many messenger style bags I own, it’s certainly the best designed & well made. (Guaranteed for life apparently).
I have bought a number of ‘man bags’ these last few weeks I’ve either taken back or given away as I’ve been hunting for something in which to carry my ipad and other tech in. This is bigger than most I have looked at but smaller than my main tech backpack.
All the small bags I tested were great for travelling super light but not versitile enough. I have wifi, leads, chargers and other such tech that I like to have close by. It’s also nice to have the extra space.. Just in case.
I normally come back from a conference with a tshirt I rarely wear. Thinking Digital at Gateshead did so much to go one step further. This bag is just one of the many touches that @HerbKim & his amazing @codeworks team threw into the mix that made me feel I was at a conference like no other.
That said, Thinking Digital was not just about quality things that could last you forever. It was about quality thinking & connections that could make every moment enriched & filled with inspirational ideas.
Blogged via email from my iPhone.. I'll pop back to link up names later. Would be nice if Posterous auto linked Twitter names.. Just saying ;)
